Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Linux Systems
  • Software Engineering Experience is a Plus (front-end or back-end)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Cloud Computing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to users in multiple US time-zones virtually
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Lend IT support in areas such as analytics, data, and inventory management
  • Required to participate in the weekend and evening hours on-call Information Technology Helpdesk rotation
  • This role requires work to be performed on site at our Downtown Los Angeles office during one of our IT shifts. Shifts available include:
  • 6am to 3pm
  • 7am to 4pm
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 9am to 6pm
