  • Arrange training courses, liaise with course facilitators and venues, take course bookings and co-ordinate delivery of pre-course learning materials.
  • Implement weekly and monthly standard procedures/audits and record, maintain and report on training data.

Responsibilities

  • This a varied role providing high quality administrative support services for the Learning & Development Team.
  • The Learning & Development Assistant role co-ordinates the Trust Training Programme: arranging training courses, liaising with course facilitators and subject matter experts, and providing an efficient and effective booking and completion recording service for staff training.
  • The role is the first point of contact for staff with enquiries for the Learning & Development Team, and will assist with enquiries on the telephone, by email or face-to-face.
  • The Learning & Development Assistant will also provide eLearning support to staff.
