Responsibilities

  • Co-develop activations in order to successfully place adidas in Berlin and to raise its awareness within target group.
  • Drive knowledge management and KPI tracking for physical and digital activations.
  • Support activation planning and implementation across different touchpoints (LAUNDROMAT, Sportsbase and other brand led activations inc Union Berlin, ALBA Berlin or SCC, adidas Runners)
  • Facilitate the project management to support Director Brand Activation
  • Oversee budget controlling and compliant invoicing of activations
  • Act as key point of contact for brand communications and Publishing team on activation implementation
  • Support in agency briefings and management for productions
  • Performing evaluations and preparing reports in collaboration before and after activation e.g. precap/recap decks
  • Partner with Membership Senior Manager in providing digital deliverables for local initiatives (EURO, Laundromat etc) e.g.
  • Assets for .com, push notifications etc.
  • Experience set up in the adidas app and .com
  • Copywriting
  • Prepare key updates to Central SLT
  • Work independently and collaborate across multiple departments esp. analytics, production agency, Brand, Culture marketing, Sportsbase team
