  • Lead the overall design and implementation of multiple, global new hire journeys and continuing education
  • Collaborate with strategic and operational leaders
  • Lead the resource planning for assigned design deliverables and maintain strong project planning practices
  • Serve as central point of contact and people leader for Instructional Designers
  • Work across internal/external partners to ensure timelines are met
  • Partner with internal SMEs to create effective learning experiences
  • Partner with Knowledge Management to ensure CHC articles are leveraged and embedded within the learning journey
  • Coordinate the facilitation of ‘Train the Trainer’ programs
  • Proactively assess learning success and report on the impact and effectiveness of varying programs
