Responsibilities

  • Your core responsibility is to drive the Testing & Training workstream for our Digital Partner Commerce and e-com channels. Coordinating, executing, pushing and tracking Testing & Training activities in cooperation with the TR4M (ERP) project team and the respective business functions are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Your objective is to ensure that the system landscape changes that come with TR4M (ERP) are duly tested and validated so we can successfully launch the program, and our Digital Partner Commerce and e-commerce consumer journey and internal operational processes can continue to flow with excellence. You will have exposure to the end-to-end Digital Partner Commerce and e-commerce flows and are tasked to ensure we maintain smooth, seamless journeys all the way from the moment a consumer places an order online till delivery of the order and all post-sales processes. This means you will be the spider in the web owning the E2E flows, interfacing with all the different internal functions that are each responsible for a piece of the puzzle (such as Fulfilment Operations and Partner Operations teams, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Order management Team, Consumer Service team). You add value by ensuring all tests, tools, processes and trainings are delivered on-time, with quality and in line with expected business outcomes. Starting with defining of test cases, followed by order placements and validation of the complete cycle until returns being processed. You will manage and translate the adidas needs related to TR4M (ERP) to external tech and service partners (middleware providers) and ensure prioritization on needed developments on their roadmaps. Delivery system enhancements and significant change requests within boundaries of time, cost & quality. Examples consist of price feed changes and potential order-flow feed changes. Support Partner Program Platform Growth team & translate testing requirements and timelines on TR4M (ERP) into future partner roadmap and enhancement pipeline. Alongside driving Testing & Training activities for the TR4M-project, you support the Digital Partner Commerce and e-com Fulfillment teams with supporting day-to-day issue resolution for existing capabilities and features with operations and product teams, by identifying, logging, and tracking issues that impact the customer delivery and return experience. Support on challenges with E2E order flow, order status flow, reporting, consumer email communication, data on labels and overall validity issues impacting consumer journey. Support projects in new system implementation by ensuring a proper risk mitigation plan, full control of order flow and lead the coordination of issue resolution (status, reporting, data on label, etc.) and identify issues that will impact our customers.
