Responsibilities

  • As a Marketing Associate, you will help develop and implement marketing programs to support Nasdaq’s Index Licensing business in collaboration with marketing colleagues, research, and distribution teams. Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
  • Under general supervision, provides marketing support for content development, maintenance, and distribution including:
  • Writing, proofreading, and editing collateral
  • Developing presentations
  • Customer communications
  • Social media copy
  • Email copy
  • Reporting on key success metrics
  • Under general supervision, monitors and manages deliverables, deadlines, and metrics reporting for the Index Marketing team, including:
  • 3rd party sponsorships.
  • Marketing campaign metrics against plan, recommending course corrections as necessary.
  • Webinar/Live event production and support
  • Product launches and associated deliverables
  • Inbound client information and requests
