Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver a Brand Communications Plan/Strategy for 2025, ensuring we put out one cohesive message across all of our channels.
  • Write sharp, engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, events, and more.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all communication is on-brand, consistent, and impactful.
  • Lead the creation of weekly newsletters, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
  • Begin laying the groundwork for automation and CRM flows, with a view to scale these as app downloads reach critical mass.
  • Develop new reporting and insights around CRM performance, including Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), open/click-through rates, and engagement across customer segments.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with broader app engagement goals and customer journey milestones.
  • Identify personalisation opportunities and test segmentation strategies to increase relevance and retention.
  • Develop and lead a considered social media strategy, grounded in performance insights, trend research, and platform best practices.
  • Work with our Content Creator to produce high-performing, on-brand content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring timely, thoughtful engagement with our audience across all channels.
