Responsibilities

  • Maintain barrack damage records and administrate charging procedure
  • Oversight of baggage facilities ensuring lockers are allocated and tracked correctly
  • Manage PAT testing regime within all accommodation
  • Assist in the undertaking of in and out musters in all accommodation (either in person or by self-regulation) as required, raising job cards when needed.
  • Raising and monitoring of defects – identifying and tracking of maintenance tasks within HMS Nelson
  • Oversight of bike clearances in HMS Nelson ensuring a clear audit trail
  • Maintain HMS Nelson and accommodation blocks email distribution list
  • Assist in undertaking regular reviews of guest lists and ensure proper utilisation of accommodation
