Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrate expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations and tactical development.
  • Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch, and landing of change initiatives. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and propose proactive solutions.
  • Consult with Google's leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence change over large functions at Google and serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising GMs/VPs and executive leaders.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
