The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist, experience as a management consultant, expertise in organizational effectiveness, and experience in driving change across an organization.

Yes, preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale organizational change, understanding continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies, the ability to garner consensus from stakeholders, and strong communication skills across various contexts.
What will the People Partner primarily be responsible for?
The People Partner will provide leadership on organizational strategies, demonstrate expertise in various HR functions, partner with leaders on change initiatives, consult on comprehensive people plans, and solve complex problems related to people and organizational solutions.
What is the salary range for this position?
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits.
