What kind of experience is required for this role?
The role requires a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and HCPC registration, or the process of applying for it. Previous experience working in an acute hospital as a student or as a Band 5 Physiotherapist is desirable, but not mandatory.
How long do the rotations last for this position?
The rotations for this position last 6 months each.
What clinical specialities will I be able to rotate through?
You will have the opportunity to rotate through over 14 different clinical specialities, including respiratory, cystic fibrosis, critical care, cardiac, vascular, cancer, surgery, paediatrics, medicine, frailty, AMU/ED, orthopaedics, outpatients, and neurology.
Will weekend work be required?
Yes, weekend working on a roster basis will be expected as part of your working hours, along with coverage for Bank Holidays.
