  • We’re looking for someone who is excited at the thought of joining a team at the forefront of Diabetes Care innovation, and working in a fantastic modern and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will support project managers and teams in the administration, co-ordination, planning and control of key site projects from inception to delivery, including all stages of planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluation. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities and tasks, managing schedules, arranging assignments and generating metrics, and raising/progressing project documentation. Your interactions will be wide, and you will work with many teams across our business, including R&D, Engineering, and the wider Operations groups to track and communicate progress to all team members.
  • For this role, you will work with a team of project and programme managers, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. You’ll display good judgement, self-motivation and excellent organisational skills. You’ll have good interpersonal, oral and written skills and ability to relate to a wide variety of people. You’ll be able to work to agreed deadlines. Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word would be helpful but not a requirement. As a minimum, you will be educated to secondary level. This position would be perfect for graduates from college or individuals interested in getting a taste of project management and gaining some experience in the field.
