Responsibilities

  • SCM Application Operations (50% FTE)
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of SCM application which was developed by HQ in Japan to ensure system availability, performance
  • Collaborate with IT team and vendors in Japan to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with UNIQLO inventory control team, store operation team to resolve operational issues and implement enhancements
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, training materials for SCM application
  • Business Process Reengineering (50% FTE)
  • Define business and system requirements for SCM and related system throughout discussion with UNIQLO inventory control team
  • Analysing the supply chain data to understand problems, identify reasons and work out possible solutions or putting alternative plans in place
  • Convincing HQ team of the specific requirements in the EU region by quantifying the ROI
  • Lead the project management activities for SCM application enhancement including, budgeting, project planning, monitoring
  • Communicate project status, updates, risks to stakeholders and senior management
