Responsibilities

  • Qualitätsprojekte: Mitwirkung an Quality Operation-Projekten zur Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Unterstützung von Gerätequalifizierungen, Testmethoden- und Computersystemvalidierungen gemäß lokalen und globalen regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie J&J-Standards.
  • Mikrobiologische Methoden: Falls zutreffend, Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Durchführung mikrobiologischer Testmethoden.
  • Compliance und CAPAs: Unterstützung bei Compliance-Projekten und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aufgrund neuer Standards, Abweichungen, Audits oder CAPAs.
  • Qualitätsprojekte im Bereich Kosten und Systeme: Unterstützung und Initiierung von Projekten zur Qualitätsverbesserung, wie Kostenoptimierung, Systemanpassungen, LEAN-Projekte, Einführung neuer Softwaresysteme usw.
  • Change Management und Prozessoptimierung: Mitwirkung in Change-Management-Prozessen und Unterstützung der Lab Supervisoren, insbesondere des Quality Lab Scientist Supervisors, bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung.
  • Datenintegrität und Qualitätsanalyse: Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität für Laborequipment im Einklang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und J&J-Standards; Analyse analytischer (ggf. mikrobiologischer) Daten zur Identifikation signifikanter Qualitätstrends und Berichterstellung für risikobasierte Entscheidungen oder Verbesserungsprozesse.

  • Berichtsweg und Zusammenarbeit: Berichtet an den Quality Lab Scientist Supervisor, regelmäßige Statusberichte zu Projekten; enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern am Standort, wie Quality Operations, Compliance und Produktion.
  • Labor- und CAPA-Verantwortung: Unterstützung bei Veränderungen in Laborsystemen und dem Certified Operator Programm sowie Verantwortung für CAPA- und NC-Maßnahmen; Teilnahme als Fachexperte (SME) an internen und externen Audits.
