  • · Experience and a clear understanding of the market environment with a focus on the various logistics & commercial operating models that are in use in RAMET.
  • · Ability in identifying, developing and executing process improvement initiatives. This includes project and program management skills. Continuous improvement mindset with track record of leading change projects.
  • · Well-developed business management capability, and a keen understanding of the business equation and how business and supply chain decisions impact financials (P&L, Balance Sheet).

Responsibilities

  • The RAMET IBP lead is responsible for both process/skill and operational aspects of the Demand Planning (IBP) process within the Russia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey cluster.
  • Lead and shape the Plan Transformation action plan for RAMET to improve forecast accuracy and drive up RAMET’s adoption of IBP process.
  • Facilitate the standardization of tools, approaches and data across all RAMET regions.
  • Drive up planning skills of AMET planners and facilitate the DP community of practice.
  • Coordinate actions between regional and local teams, pull regional resources where needed.
  • Adapt and develop new approaches & tools to improve planning in RAMET. Drive innovation, digitization and automation.
  • Monitor, challenge and be able to explain the weekly demand submissions.
  • Aggregate the outcomes of root cause analysis and be able to summarize / explain forecast accuracy performance at RAMET level.
  • Facilitate the monthly Exec. S&OP meeting.
  • Ensure alignment between S&OP and finance planning processes.
  • Be the focal point for any demand related queries from RSP.
  • Represent RAMET in the SR meetings.
  • Monitor and understand forecast error, drive self-improvement cycle through root cause analysis.
