Responsibilities

  • To provide a comprehensive, efficient and responsive recruitment and selection service to the Trust and to provide full support in the administrative aspects of Recruitment.
  • To contribute fully as a member of the Human Resources Team, working closely with and providing cover as requested for colleagues within the function.
  • You will ensure all documentation and information recruiting managers need ahead of interview is prepared and that each candidate moves through the pre-employment screening process quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality.
  • This is blended approach and will require face to face employment checks for some new applicants.
  • Working directly with Recruitment Advisors, Recruiting managers and candidates you will be the main face of the recruitment process for the divisions assigned to your team.
