Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director of Commercial Excellence & Operations to execute critical projects and objectives.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve sales operations related issues.
  • Work with sales leadership to optimize field resources and tools.
  • Partner to help evaluate sales force effectiveness and help sales leadership identify ways to improve performance.
  • Survey and solicit feedback from field/users, leadership and other stakeholders and create continuous improvement plans / ideation for sales operations tools and enhancements.
  • Identify training opportunities and communication needs that enable and empower field selling teams.
  • Act as a voice of the field through formally and constantly seeking wisdom, feedback, and best practices from the field selling teams on Tableau Reports, VEEVA CRM and other applicable resources and tools.
  • Develop training materials for new hire training and new operational programs.
  • Support other projects as deemed necessary by management.
