Responsibilities

  • Process Ownership of Monthly Review Cadences for the NA PES Sales Team – Win/Loss, Business Unit Sales Funnel Reviews, Business Reviews, External Channel Partner Reviews, Funnel Pulse for Sales Directors, and Lead Generation and Conversion.
  • Creation and Implementation of an Onboarding program for new sales associates
  • Creation and facilitation of the SEAL (Sales Engineering & Leadership) Program for entry level sales associates
  • Collaboration with Segment Marketing, Product Management, and Marketing to develop a product training program for sales associates
  • Drive the sales calendar with sales leadership to ensure adherence
  • Standardize and improve processes across tools, reporting and different teams
  • Maintain distribution lists for internal and external sales team members to foster communications
  • Partner w/ Digital Marketing to develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and content.
  • Organize and drive Sales KPIs and Scorecards with Sales Leadership Teams. Partner with analytics teams to drive daily management with best in class sales dashboards for all levels of the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with the Director of FP&A to strengthen the forecasting process for the Regional & Strategic Sales Teams
  • Partner with other Regal Rexnord Business Segments to share best practices as it relates to Sales Methodologies, KPIs, Processes & calendars
