Responsibilities

Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the Salesforce development team to discuss progress and identify any roadblocks
Facilitate sprint planning sessions to prioritize and assign tasks for upcoming sprints
Work with product owners to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage the backlog of user stories and ensure they are properly prioritized and estimated
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure cross-team dependencies are identified and addressed
Monitor and report on team velocity and progress towards sprint goals
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project timeline or quality
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Facilitate retrospective meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize team performance
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration with other systems and processes.
