Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Functional Skills Learning teams and Regional and Functional Talent Management & Development partners to identify critical enterprise and professional skills needed to support company goals and drive development of prioritized skills with measurable business impact.
  • Build foundational capabilities for career development and integrate enterprise learning into overall employee career journeys to ensure menu of offerings are clearly understood and used to support agreed upon development goals for employees.
  • Expand fundamental Visa Acumen training to grow and deepen employee organizational knowledge of our industry and business, ensuring integration into our onboarding and development practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business strategy and translate it into clear and actionable global and regional learning & development plans focused on building professional skills training and enterprise learning.
  • Work with VU’s learning design, experience and delivery mechanism to reimagine the enterprise learning experience through innovative delivery and drive faster program speed-to-market.
  • Partner with Talent Management COE leaders to drive adoption through our talent practices (e.g. Annual Review, Development Objectives, Quarterly Conversations, and Org & Talent Planning)
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of enterprise learning and development programs by identifying impactful KPIs and metrics and adjust as necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Successfully deliver annual Ethics and Compliance training that meets global and regional requirements.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
