  • ITAR Requirements:
  • This position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.   • Actively source top-tier, hard-to-reach talent through creative outbound strategies and network-building
  • Prepare hiring teams with structured interview plans and tools for effective, consistent candidate evaluations
  • Run debriefs and partner with hiring managers to make data-informed decisions quickly
  • Guide candidates through the process with clarity, professionalism, and a focus on an outstanding experience
  • Craft compelling offers and close candidates, including compensation and equity conversations
  • Maintain data in our ATS and help us improve our metrics and dashboards as we grow
  • Continuously iterate on our processes to improve speed, quality, and experience
