Responsibilities

  • Il BMS Service Sales Representative deve analizzare e conoscere tecnicamente le esigenze postvendita dei clienti BMS, verificare attraverso budget e piani di sviluppo dello stesso le sue esigenze oltre che far fronte a specifiche necessità dichiarate dal cliente stesso
  • Deve proporre e gestire trattative e negoziazioni relative ai contratti di manutenzione
  • Deve coordinare la propria attività allineandosi con Area Manager, filiali e colleghi
  • Deve curare e consolidare rapporti personali stabilendo un rapporto di partnership, ed identificarsi quale consulente del cliente
  • Deve scegliere le tecniche più efficaci per rendere il rapporto più proficuo e duraturo al fine di “fidelizzare il cliente”
  • Il BMS Service Sales Representative dovrà quindi definire e raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnati attraverso un rapporto consulenziale con i clienti assegnati trasferendo la Value Proposition aziendale
  • Dovrà infine gestire efficacemente la relazione con tutta l’organizzazione interna per assicurare il conseguimento dei Target assegnati.
