Responsibilities

  • - Developing and managing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
  • - Preparing bid packages, organizing bidders' conferences, and creating evaluation criteria
  • - Driving the analysis of proposals, negotiation of terms, and administration of subcontracts
  • - Handling modifications, coordinating with contracts administration, and helping refine subcontract policies and procedures
  • - Occasional travel may be required
