Responsibilities

  • Support customers, selling sites, channel partners, account managers and other technical support teams globally with technical advice and log all technical enquiries.
  • Manage all necessary processes for technical and instrumentation customer complaints. Including taking and processing in the Quality Notification module in SAP. Manage complaints on third party supplied products by working with vendors. Preparing customer-facing reports detailing the outcome of technical complaint investigations within agreed timescales.
  • Act as customer advocate to other functions
  • Participate in continuous improvement of our technical support offering, in-line with customer needs
