Responsibilities

  • Own the design of the overall end-to-end user experience and partner with technical product UI/UX analyst teams.
  • Create and own the end-to-end user persona-based experiences across multiple digital products and platforms.
  • Drive customer/patient/user-centric design and generate requirements to create a best-in-class experience.
  • Design highly usable digital experiences via rapid-prototyping and testing on designs with internal partners.
  • Develop and maintain consistent design guidelines & standards across all products, including ensuring adherence to visual consistency.
  • Construct conceptual mock-ups to guide user validation sessions and instruct technical teams of general design requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate design concepts and strategies and ensure alignment and integration of design strategies.
