Responsibilities

  • Preparation of initial reports (including management of documents and review of financial information, benchmarking, technical documents, legal documents, planning and other regulatory approvals, specialist reports, site and environmental information)
  • Liaising with clients and their legal advisors
  • Driving forward the Development Monitoring service through business development, networking and identifying new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of and manage existing relationships with high-profile clients and lead on unique projects of multi-million pound value (predominantly logistics + industrial)
  • Site inspections, attendance at progress meetings, preparation of interim reports including drawdown recommendations
  • Attendance at PC inspections and preparation of PC reports, confirming that all PC criteria has been met
