What are the main responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative at William Hill?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, processing bets, assisting with queries, demonstrating how to use betting terminals, building customer relationships, promoting safer gambling, and supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities.
What are the working hours for this position?
Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend working.
What qualifications do I need to meet to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old (as it's a legal requirement) and possess a passion for delivering great customer service, along with strong interpersonal and empathy skills to engage with customers from all walks of life.
