Requirements

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience creating sophisticated, yet simple and elegant design for enterprise an enterprise product
  • 5+ years’ experience (preferably in an agile environment), with minimum of two managing and guiding teams
  • 2+ years’ experience managing and mentoring designers though day-to-day work as well as in their longer-term career development
  • You must demonstrate ability to successfully manage several large projects simultaneously
  • You are capable of working hand-in-hand with product team members on requirements and design
  • You can act as an internal consultant providing business and technical guidance: you're comfortable talking about business models and analytics
  • You own an exceptional design portfolio with well-thought-out interactions and interface designs across both web and mobile applications
  • You have extensive domain experience
