  <li> Computer: Word and Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator. Other design software is a plus.</li>

   Overview
 
 
   The Assistant Manager of Women’s Design is responsible for developing product from approved design to prototype.
 
 
 
   Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 
 
   Responsible for managing the process of taking approved designs through design development to show samples and turnover to Product Development/ Engineering
   Ensures all projects meet criteria outlined by VP of Design – aesthetics, pricing, timelines
   Communicate all design related needs of Women’s Design to cross- functional partners to ensure product flow and integrity is of design is achieved
   Efficiently communicates design intent to CAD, DY Shop, & Production Development
   Support PD/PE with all design related communication needed for sample development
