Requirements

  • Preferred Degrees: Ideal candidates will be studying a Construction or Engineering degree such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management. However, we also will consider those from a non-relevant background, including courses such as Law, Management, and Business-related degrees, etc.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • You will be working towards a degree in a relevant subject (Placement & Intern only)
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)

Responsibilities

  • Project Management - On the Project Management internship you’ll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve how we work.
  • You’ll be responsible for monitoring the progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors, and giving every opportunity to build your skillsets.
