Responsibilities

  • Own and drive discovery, design, and rapid iterations of user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to inspire and guide peers by taking initiative, providing constructive feedback, and influencing design decisions across the team.
  • Actively partner with user assistance writers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders as one empowered product team, exchanging feedback on interaction design, content, visual aesthetics, usability and technical feasibility.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback, perform usability testing, and analyze behavioral data to identify issues and iteratively refine your designs.
  • Regularly audit and review the product, report on design inconsistencies, take ownership of accessibility, and proactively address deviations to ensure evolving product standards remain high.
  • Proactively implement and advocate for design standards and best practices across the product. Partner with our researchers and bring strategic insights to discussions that shape the product vision and roadmap.
