Responsibilities

  • Drive RFID between RCX and cross functional teams and be the voice for retail operations by leading, develop and execute project plan. Including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Lead the team in building a strong partnership and collaboration with market leads, support store openings and be the key contact role for all store lifecycle related projects ensuring the right set up with the right tools, layout, systems, and operations are in place.
  • Introduce, train teams and implement a Store openings champion program across EU retail and lead this program for any new projects where store set up Is required pre-opening.
  • Own the project management of Store Projects for RCX functions – focusing on consumer experience, consumer journey, operational efficiency, and Sustainability.
  • Manage the teams and organize and facilitate the required meetings to inform and motivate the organization for the assigned key initiatives and projects – as well as finalise sign off by all functional leads and Snr Director of RCX
  • Lead the adidas retail reviews across EU with all cluster teams and measure to manage performance with strict end to end processes and actions for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all standards and guidelines are up to date and managed to ensure easy usability and implementation across the business for owned stores and Franchise
  • Be the Single Point of Contact and support the Senior Director of RCX and Franchise for elevating the Franchise business across EU.
  • Partner in building retail operations roadmaps and game plans for Franchise with realistic timeframes and goals in line with the overall strategy.
  • Support executing the Franchise retail operational plans and liaise with all relevant x-functions to deliver on our commitments my measuring against our roadmaps and priorities.
  • Lead our efficiency for store consumables in partnership with procurement. Including shopping bags, gift cards and other in store materials used across Europe retail
  • Lead our Sustainability project across Europe through a retail operations lens to ensure we better our existing methods and drive improvements where opportunity arises. Including recycling of in store materials programs, better sustainable materials and equipment and future proofed plans to decrease our carbon footprint wherever possible.
