  • Partner with UKI Regional Sales Strategy and Operations (RSO) to support leadership team to develop the organization’s strategy (including organization design, growth and business plan).
  • Drive the business forward by developing/executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale.
  • Establish and shape the way we work, through operational cadence, content of reviews, improvement initiatives and metrics, insights and reporting.
  • Support running business operations and business review cadences for the region.
  • Measure progress against goals, be aware of gaps and develop/implement plans to bridge them.
