  • - Inspiring your team to Immerse your customers in memorable and genuine face to face store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty.
  • - You will ooze passion for Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, and delivering exceptional service, with proven success at coaching and inspiring your teams to drive business results.

  • - Our teams are passionate for cross category selling across our iconic products, such as the famous Touché Eclat and Black Opium Fragrance, by sharing key benefits and features to our luxury products.

  • - From the beginning you will be set up online with induction modules across Business skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance.
  • - Following this a full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to support your success.
  • - You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products!
